Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 unbeaten egg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening, filled to 1 c. with boiling water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in electric mixer.
Grease and flour 8-inch pan.
Pour in mixture and bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
