Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up or selected parts, skinned
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. sherry
Preparation
    Put chicken in low casserole (about 10 x 10 x 2-inch or 9 x 12 x 2-inch) that is suitable to serve at the table.
    Mix mushrooms, soup, sour cream and sherry.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, until chicken is done.
    Serve with white rice or wild rice, spooning \"gravy\" over the rice.
