Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1/2 rib celery
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. Old Bay
    1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Saute finely chopped celery, onion and green pepper in a little butter.
    Add this to remaining ingredients.
    Mix.
    Make small patties and fry in pan with a little oil until brown.
