Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

1 pkg. Betty Crocker pastry mix
1 lb. pork sausage
Preparation

Roll pastry.
Cut into squares 2 to 2 1/2-inches.
Make small sausage in 1 1/2-inch lengths and place in pastry squares.
Seal the squares.
Brush with egg.
Place on baking tray.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serve hot with pork gravy or cold for snacks.
Makes 4 dozen.
