Flounder With Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    18 spears cooked asparagus
    1/4 tsp. salt
    nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    6 flounder or sole fillets
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until tender but not brown and sprinkle over fillets in equal portions.
    Lay 3 asparagus spears crosswise on fillets.
    Roll up carefully and spear with skewer.
