Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
2 c. shredded carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix by hand with a big spoon until ingredients are blended.
Pour in a prepared 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Add Cream Cheese Icing.
