Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2/3 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 slices bread or 1 c. crumbs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in margarine.
    Mix vegetables, crawfish, soup, rice and seasonings well.
    Place in a 2 or 3-quart casserole.
    Top with seasoned crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Sometimes, instead of bread crumbs, I use Durkee fried onions on top.
