Grilled Marinated Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 swordfish steaks (about 1/2 lb. each and 1-inch thick)
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    minced fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Brush both sides of fish generously with mixture and refrigerate in marinade for 2 hours.
    Turn steaks every half hour to marinate thoroughly.
    Grill about 6 inches from coals for 5 minutes; turn and baste and cook 6 or 7 minutes more. Serve steaks brushed generously with melted butter and topped with fresh parsley.
    Serves 6.
