Heavenly Hash Pie (Date-Pecan Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. heavy cream (not whipped)
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    Unbaked pastry for 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Beat sugar, flour and egg.
    Fold in dates, cream and pecans. Pour in pie shell and bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
