Divinity Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 7/8 c. flour (2 c. minus 2 Tbsp.)
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. shortening
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. unbeaten eggs (2 eggs)
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together in bowl.
Melt shortening and cool.
Add shortening and buttermilk to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
Add eggs and beat 2 more minutes.
Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
