Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Wash and trim cauliflower, leaving it whole.
    Cook in water with salt added, about 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Place in shallow dish. Frost with mayonnaise and mustard mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0
    until cheese melts.
    Easy and delicious.
