Hot Chicken Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, deboned
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    2 to 3 Tbsp. diced onions
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    6 oz. sour cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute or brown the onions and pepper a little, then add the mushroom soup.
    Add the mushroom pieces and sour cream.
    Simmer a little, then add cut up chicken.
    Stir in enough cornstarch so it will spread nicely.
