Pork Hash Rolled In Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 lb. pork hash
2 eggs
1 ginger, grated
1 tsp. sake
1 tsp. shoyu
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. potato starch
ajinomoto
Preparation

Chop
green onion; use more white.
Add to ground pork. Grate ginger
and mix.
Add shoyu, sake, sugar, ajinomoto and eggs; mix
again.
Fry
eggs;
cool.
Spread
pork
on
eggs evenly; roll it from
2
sides.
Steam for about 5 minutes on high heat and 20 minutes on low heat.
