Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 small onion
1/4 c. flour
water
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. parsley

Preparation

Wash, peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
Cover potatoes with water in saucepan.
Chop onion and add to potatoes.
Cook until tender.
