Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. pecans
3 c. fresh apples, sliced thin
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
Add flour and beat well.
Fold in apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in 3 pans.
