Squash Casserole(A Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. acorn or butternut squash
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    pinch of salt and soda
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Parboil squash in small amount of water.
    Scoop pulp out.
    Place in bowl; add remaining ingredients, except cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes (425\u00b0 if using glass dish).
