Broiled Fish With Lemon And Thyme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lemons
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Squeeze 1/2 cup juice from the lemons.
    Combine the juice, salt, pepper and thyme in a glass baking dish or shallow stainless pan.
    Add the fish and turn to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times.
    Heat the broiler and melt the butter.
    Drain the fish.
    Brush with butter and broil on both sides until opaque throughout, about 10 minutes in all.
