Memphis Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
    1 (32 oz.) can chopped or whole tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown meat in a
    large, heavy saucepan.
    Drain off fat. Add all of the remaining ingredients and heat to boil.\tSimmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
