Mama'S Chick-N-Dressin' - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 servings cornbread (follow Aunt Jemima's self-rising white cornmeal directions)
4 whole chicken breasts, boiled, cooked until done, cooled, peel meat off bones, discard skin and bones
1 c. diced onions, sauteed
1 c. diced celery, sauteed
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. chicken broth
2 to 3 slices loaf bread, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. sage (up to 3)
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. white pepper (black pepper can be used)
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Cornbread can be made 1 day ahead and chicken can be cooked 1 day ahead, also.
