Reuben Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 lb. pastrami, chopped
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, catsup and salt in bowl, mixing lightly.
    Combine sauerkraut, 3/4 cup of the Swiss cheese, pastrami, sour cream and mustard.
    Pat out 1/3 of the meat mixture on baking dish, then spread 1/2 of sauerkraut mixture. Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
    Remove tent.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of loaf and bake 5 minutes.
