Golden Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped yellow onions
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 head cauliflower, chopped and blanched
    3 well beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. buttered, toasted bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter until soft.
    Add flour and water to make white sauce.
    Blend in cauliflower and cheese.
    Add eggs and mix until blended.
    Put into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with breadcrumbs, parsley and 2 tablespoons butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
