Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box (12 oz.) fettucini
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk or half and half
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook fettucini according to package directions.
Drain well and return to pot.
Add butter or margarine, milk, grated cheese and parsley.
Toss until fettucini is well coated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
