Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    2 cooking apples
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes; cool.
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick. Peel and slice apples.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, alternately layer potatoes, apples and pineapple, ending with potatoes. Sprinkle each layer with some of sugar, allspice, butter and lemon juice.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour or until apples are done. Serves 6.
