Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 can mushroom or celery soup
    2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Slice potatoes.
    Cook potatoes until almost soft, then peel. Put the rest of ingredients together and heat until cheese is melted.
    Put in layers in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
