Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 jar enchilada sauce
    1 light can cream of mushroom soup
    1 light can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream-style corn
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and bell pepper. Drain well. Add salt, pepper, soups, corn and sauce.
    Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.
    In a large casserole dish, layer meat mixture, chips and cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
