Atholl Brose(Scottish Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. (25g) regular oatmeal
2 Tbsp. clear honey
2 Tbsp. whiskey
1/2 pt. whipping cream
raspberries or blueberries (fresh, if possible)
Preparation

Toast oatmeal by tossing and stirring over medium heat in nonstick pan.
Let cool.
Mix honey and whiskey together.
Whip cream until it forms soft peaks, then fold in honey-whiskey mixture.
Chill.
Just before serving, stir in oatmeal.
Put raspberries, blueberries or mixture into tall glass or bowls then spoon Atholl Brose over.
Enjoy.
Serves 4.
