Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced peaches
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Put peaches in glass or metal pan.
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Pour over peaches.
    Sift flour and salt; blend in Crisco. Add milk.
    Spoon flour mixture over peaches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
