Cabbage And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. head of cabbage, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Hungarian homemade noodles (1/2 to 1 inch wide)
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted water until done.
    Rinse and drain well.
    Grate cabbage, salt, let stand for a few moments and squeeze out well.
    Brown cabbage in oil.
    Pour melted butter over noodles, and add cabbage and serve hot.
