Warm Orange - Spiced Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit
2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until fruit is tender and mixture is thickened, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm.
Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
