Dry Lima Bean Crock-Pot Recipe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry lima beans, soak overnight
1 large onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 to 1/2 lb. ham or bacon, cut in small pieces
1 c. water (maybe more)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
Stir together well.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 5 hours.
Goes great with cornbread.
