Oven Parmesan Potato Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium unpeeled potatoes
1 Tbsp. finely minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of paprika
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
Place on a greased baking sheet in a single layer.
Mix butter, onion, salt, pepper and paprika.
Brush on one side of potatoes, then turn and brush other side.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
