Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices sturdy bread (not Wonder bread), cut in large cubes
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cubed cream cheese
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup
cinnamon, vanilla or any flavoring (optional), add to egg mixture
Preparation

Place 1/2 of the bread cubes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with cream cheese cubes; top with remaining bread cubes. Beat eggs with milk and syrup. Pour over bread mix. Refrigerate overnight. Set oven to 350\u00b0. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Top with syrup or anything else you wish.
