Pork Chop Dinner Bake - cooking recipe

6 (1-inch thick) pork chops
3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 large onions, sliced thin
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oil in heavy skillet and brown chips on both sides. Butter a large baking dish which has a well fitting cover. Arrange potatoes and onions in layers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup and milk and pour over top. Cover tightly and bake at 375\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until chops are very tender. Remove lid for the last few minutes for browning. Serves 6.
