Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell, cooled
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. toasted coconut
whipped cream
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, milk, eggs and salt in large saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly with a whisk or slotted spoon until bubbling.
Remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla, stirring until the butter melts.
Add coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
Cool. Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
Chill.
