Fresh Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. finely shredded cabbage
    4 1/4 c. thin apple wedges
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Combine cabbage and apples; pour sour cream mixture over top. Stir well. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Yields 8 servings.
