Scratch Hotcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs or Egg Beaters
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. butter or substitute for heart health
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt (1/4 for heart health)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add buttermilk and melted butter.
    Stir.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to milk mixture.
    Mix only until dry ingredients are blended.
    Bake on a hot greased griddle.
    Makes 12 to 14 hotcakes.
    Very good!
    Keeps in refrigerator.
