Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large mushrooms, remove stems and chop fine
    5 oz blue crab, lump
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped fine
    5 melba rounds, crushed
    garlic, onion powder
    black pepper, and salt to taste
    1 green onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery in a little margarine, till celery is clear. Add spices. In a bowl mix all ingredients well. Place in caps and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
