Carrots With Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 bunches baby carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. sweet butter
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Bring the water, sugar and salt to a boil in a saucepan and add the carrots.
    Cover.
    Boil slowly until carrots start to get tender.
    Uncover the pan and cook longer, until the liquid has evaporated.
    Season with additional salt and pepper.
    Add butter and parsley.
    Stir and serve.
