Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. melted butter
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Coconut may be mixed into pie mixture or sprinkled on top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Yields 1 pie.
