Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and pumpkin puree in bowl; beat well.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; combine with pumpkin mixture.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Pour in 10-inch greased tube pan.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Do not open door under 1 hour.
