Piece Of Cake Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into thin strips (1/4-inch)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge meat in the mixture. Brown meat in 2 tablespoons margarine for 1 minute, turning frequently.
    Remove meat.
    Add 2 tablespoons margarine to pan and cook onion and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add soup and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add meat and cook on low about 20 minutes.
    Prior to serving, add sour cream.
    Do not boil.
    Add desired amount of beef broth to get right consistency. Serve over rice or noodles.
