Grandma Ellen'S Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook in double boiler the 2 cups of milk, water, rice and salt. When rice is cooked, add eggs and sugar.
    Then add 1 cup milk, scalded with butter and vanilla.
    Put mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in pan of hot water.
