Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins or dates
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs,
    zucchini, vanilla and sour cream with baking soda, then add
    the
    rest
    of the dry ingredients.\tAdd raisins and nuts last.
    Pour
    into\tgreased loaf pans, 2 large (9 x 5 x 3-inch) or 3
    small
    (8
    1/2
    x
    4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
