Hawaiian Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms (I use fresh)
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Brown sausage lightly; break apart.
    Pour off grease, except for 2 tablespoons.
    Saute green pepper, onion and celery in 2 tablespoons grease.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover and bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
