Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
3/4 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 lb. bag frozen Tater Tots
Preparation

Brown ground chuck, adding salt, pepper and minced onion; drain.
Mix soup and water with meat and spread on bottom of 8 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Layer sliced Velveeta cheese and top with Tater Tots placed in rows to cover cheese.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until cheese is bubbly.
