Fruity Summer Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strawberries
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3 c. fruit chunks (banana, peach, apples, oranges, berries, etc.)
    1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
Preparation
    Puree strawberries with orange juice and vanilla.
    Combine with sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Bring this to a boil for 1 minute, then cool to room temperature.
    Stir in fruit and milk and refrigerate overnight or 2 hours.
    Top with cottage cheese.
