Anadama Finger Sans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf anadama bread, medium sliced (leave on crusts; you won't want to waste the flavor)
1/2 c. Ranch dressing
1/8 c. mayonnaise
1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
1 c. bacon bits
Preparation

Mix Ranch dressing and mayonnaise and spread generously over both insides of sandwich.
Top 1/2 of slices with several of the thin-sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
Liberally sprinkle bacon bits on top.
Place remaining slices of anadama, dressing side down, on prepared sandwiches.
