Pineapple Drop Cookie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. soft margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. pineapple preserves
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light.
Beat in egg and preserves.
Sift dry ingredients together; add to mixture and mix thoroughly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
