Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen cauliflower
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick oleo
    28 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Partly cook cauliflower.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Melt 3 tablespoons oleo; pour over cauliflower.
    Cut up cheese in chunks, then put them over cauliflower.
    Crush crackers.
    Put over cheese. Cube oleo and place over crackers.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 with no lid.
