Venison Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean venison
    1/4 lb. beef fat
    1/4 lb. mild pork sausage
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    ketchup
Preparation
    Grind venison, beef fat and sausage with a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine egg, milk, onion and green pepper; blend with the meat.
    Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
    Spread ketchup across the top and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
